You can no longer borrow on the credit market. In order to have your file cancelled, you must repay the outstanding amounts and then wait 15 months for the file to be cancelled by the National Bank of Belgium.

Can I apply for credit simultaneously with several different brokers?

Especially not. If you submit several credit requests to different brokers, your request will probably be refused because the Personal Credit Center will consider that they are different credits.
