All residents of Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Conditions for acceptance ?
You must have an identity card (carte de séjour for residents of other EU states and / or permis de séjour for non-EU citizens) for residents of Belgium and Luxembourg.
For foreign residents of Luxembourg: registration certificate plus passport / identity card issued by the country of origin or certificate of permanent residency.
Ideally, you should not have any litigation concerning withdrawal of credit – although there are solutions.
You should be able to provide sufficient guarantees of solvency.
