What documents do I need to apply for credit?

The identity card of each borrower in order of validity or a valid passport. If the borrower is a foreigner but resides in Belgium or Luxembourg, he/she will have to present a Luxembourg resident card or a Belgian residence card. The last 3 original salary slips of each borrower as well as the last 3 bank statements proving the collection of your salary on your bank account.

In what form will I receive my money?

You will receive your money as a transfer to your current account within three working days at most.

I already have a current loan. Can I get additional credit?

Yes. Our advisors settle your current loan and offer you a new loan with the desired addition.

What is “right of pre-emption”?

It is a right which allows a person to be preferred over other candidates for the purchase of real estate when it is put up for sale. The beneficiary will therefore be preferred even if he makes an equal offer to the other buyers.

Can reimbursements be made to an account in Luxembourg?

Without any problem, you must know the IBAN and BIC accounts. There are no fees to repay your credit from an account in Luxembourg.

What are the costs involved in buying a new property?

The sale of new buildings is taxed differently. It is subject to VAT. The sale price includes : field registration fees. the "construction" part, subject to VAT (21%). Notary fees and costs calculated on the total value must be added.

How does the credit application procedure work? Do I need to make an appointment to apply for credit?

In general, credit requests are taken by our advisors over the telephone. We then submit the file to one of our financial partners who gives us a response within 24 hours. If your application is accepted, we will schedule an appointment for you at one of our agencies so that you can sign your credit contract.
