GOFFIN

SA DATEX  with its head office in Waregem took over SA GOFFIN BANK on December 30, 20009. A new board of directors and a management committee were immediately put in place. This merger had no consequences on the clientele and on the network of independent brokers who work for SA GOFFIN BANK such as Crédit Populaire Européen.

The GOFFIN bank, founded in 1956 in Merelbeke, is a classic savings bank under Belgian law which offers investment products such as mortgage loans via a network of independent brokers in Flanders and also in Wallonia such as the Crédit Populaire Européen. GOFFIN has around 6,000 active clients, a balance sheet total of 177 million euros and 29 employees. Datex S.A. continues to optimize operations and customer service
