Yes, the assets placed in securities, savings, term or deposit accounts can be taken into account to assess your contributory capacity.

Do I have to come to your offices to apply for credit?

The vast majority of credit requests are made by telephone. However, when your request is accepted, you will need to make an appointment with one of our advisors who will examine your supporting documents and give you the credit contract for signature.

I am a foreign national. Can I get a loan from CPE?

Of course. A large majority of our customers are not Belgian.

When can I call you to submit a credit application?

At CPE we always have an advisor on duty from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Is it possible to prepay?

Yes, this is a right inherent in any type of loan.

Do I have to change banks to get a loan from CPE?

No way. The amount of your credit is paid to your usual current account.

What are the costs associated with mortgage credit?

Granting a loan/mortgage credit generates various costs: Registration fees which is a tax. Credit opening. This is a tax paid to the State by the Notary when registering the deed for the conservation of mortgages. Notary fees (rates are set by law). Real estate expertise (varies depending on the credit organization). Bank application fees (vary depending on the credit organization and the capital borrowed). Miscellaneous costs (search costs, stamps, etc.). These fees vary depending on the amount of your loan.
