1. Trainee Sales Associate
After a quick training, you will assist our sales associates by:
- Receiving credit requests by phone
- Analyzing credit requests submitted online
- Analyzing documents provided by our clients
- Submitting application files to our financial intermediaries
- Defending the files with our approvers
- Contacting our clients to inform them of the decisions regarding their credit requests
- Assisting with the signing of credit contracts in our various agencies
2. Trainee Administrative Associate
After a quick training, you will assist our associates by:
- Opening credit application files
- Filing documents provided by our clients in the corresponding credit files
- Preparing files for the signing of credit contracts
- Receiving and filing incoming mail
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Performing various administrative maintenance tasks (photocopying, scanning, faxing) etc.
3. Trainee Internet Associate
After a quick training, you will assist our Internet associate by:
- Analyzing our AdWords and Google Analytics data
- Maintaining our website
- Analyzing our weekly positioning reports
- Maintaining our blog and social networks
- Making suggestions to boost our website, blog, and social networks
- Answering questions left by users on our forums
- Analyzing daily credit news to translate it into web articles
4. Trainee Marketing Associate
After a quick training, you will assist our marketing associate by:
- Supervising our paper & web advertising campaigns
- Making proposals to strengthen our paper & web advertising campaigns
- Approaching business partners for net linking
- Developing advertising projects for paper & web support
- Searching online for events that may interest our company in terms of marketing positioning
