Once your credit contract is signed in our offices, your money is paid into your bank account within 24 hours. If you are a resident of Luxembourg, you will have to wait 48 hours and if the amount of the credit is superior to the sum of 25.000,00 €, a delay of 3 working days is required.
In general, credit requests are taken by our advisors over the telephone. We then submit the file to one of our financial partners who gives us a response within 24 hours. If your application is accepted, we will schedule an appointment for you at one of our agencies so that you can sign your credit contract.
You will receive your money as a transfer to your current account within three working days at most.
Once agreement has been obtained from one of our partners, you have three weeks to sign your credit contract. After this period, your agreement is no longer valid and our advisors would then be obliged to submit a new file.

In principle, if you are unemployed you cannot borrow because your unemployment benefit cannot be seized unless you have a guarantee, that is to say a person who agrees with you and who has seizable income. . If you are married under the legal community regime or without a marriage contract, you cannot borrow alone and in this case, your wife or husband must sign the credit contract with you. If you are married under the regime of separation of property, you can sign a credit contract alone.

If you do not pay two monthly payments, your lending organization has a legal obligation to cancel your credit contract and request your registration from the National Bank of Belgium. In this case, you will no longer be able to borrow on the credit market until your dispute is resolved.

My credit application was denied. How long do I have to wait to submit a new application?
Your divorce has no effect on your contract agreement. The ex-spouses both remain jointly and indivisible liable for the amounts borrowed.
In Belgium, we cannot postpone a payment deadline. If you have lost your job, you should contact us immediately. We can offer you a solution to settle your outstanding credit and offer you a new one. By doing so, we will already gain a deadline.
The credit continues and must be supported by the living borrower. The borrower must contact us and provide us with the death certificate. If the borrower had death insurance, then the insurance will cover all or part of the insured loan. If there is no death insurance, then the living borrower must bear the cost of the loan alone.
When you borrow with another person and in the event of this person’s death, you would not be able to pay the loan alone, you are strongly advised to take out death insurance in your own interest. In certain cases, the financial partner makes the granting of credit conditional on the conclusion of credit insurance.
