RECORD

RECORD

Record BANK was born in January 2001 from the merger of four financial institutions which, until then, formed Consumer Financial Services: Record Bank (formerly SEFB), Dipo savings bank, Patriotique Bank of savings and Sodefina, credit company, the latter two being former subsidiaries of Patriotique Assurances.

Since then, Record Bank has experienced very strong growth. In April 2003, it absorbed the Westkrediet savings bank. Then, in May 2004, AGF Belgium Bank followed and in 2005, Mercator Bank. Since 2006, Eural has also been part of this large, constantly expanding “family”.

Five years after its creation, Record Bank occupies third place in the ranking of Retail banks in Belgium (after AXA and Argenta, but before, in particular, Centea and Fintro).

It is part of ING Group, a leading international financial group. Its strength lies in its personalized approach to its network of brokers and agents including Crédit Populaire Européen, keen to offer their clients the service they expect.

Record distributes its products through three channels:

-a network of independent banking agents who offer a wide range of banking products to individuals (current accounts, savings accounts, cash vouchers, mortgage loans and others, etc.);

-the network of credit brokers, including Crédit Populaire Européen, who sell consumer loans, mortgage loans and revolving loans for Record Bank;

-a network of sellers (garages, traders, etc.) who offer consumer credit to finance the goods they sell. They offer a multitude of personalized services thanks to a network of six hundred and fifty specialized independent brokers.

Finally, they offer mortgages, car loans and personal loans. Your Cpe guide will be happy to show you all the personalized loan offers. And to do a loan simulation with you.
