For this reason, we are looking for a CUSTOMER CONTACT AGENT
Tasks
- All individuals who contact CPE-crédit receive follow-up to their request thanks to your intervention
- You capture and collect missing information from customers via telephone contact for installment loans & insurance
- You perform the administrative follow-up of each exchange by indicating and encoding information in our computer tool
- You answer customers’ questions by providing general information
- You assist the team with various administrative tasks
- You participate in improving the quality and efficiency of customer service
Profile Description
- You enjoy contact and are comfortable on the phone. Previous experience in a contact center is an asset
- You have an excellent command of French and impeccable spelling
- Knowledge of English, Dutch, or another language (German, Portuguese, Luxembourgish, etc.) is an asset
- You are proficient in Outlook, Office, etc.
- You are structured, autonomous, flexible, and dynamic
- You have good communication skills and are convincing
- You are stress-resistant
- You are open to working on Saturdays
